Natasha Denona Mini Bloom Blush Gives Me Plenty of Time To Be Late
Fast glow, zero effort.
Being late has become an issue for me lately. It’s become a running joke (pun intended) with my sister since she always ends up waiting for me.
While I’d like to argue that I’m not late and she is simply too early, the “issue” is caused by my dedication to blush. Yes, I’m a blush girlie. No matter how late I am, I’ll never leave my house without wearing it.
Nevertheless, I needed a reliable blush to apply when I was in a rush to address my lateness and prevent some angry shoe stomping. And lo and behold I’ve found it!
Let me introduce you to the Natasha Denona Mini Bloom Highlighting Blush. This coral blush gives me glowy rosy cheeks and brightens up my whole face with one swipe.

Packaging
Natasha Denona Mini Bloom Blush comes in a small pink packaging. When you first open the product, you are blinded by the glowy powder and a mirror which feels very fancy.
The cute compact blush is so lightweight and travel-friendly that you can just carry it around in your mini bag and apply it on the go. If you’re a person who’s always behind the schedule like me, this will come in handy.
Shade and Color
The Mini Bloom Highlighting Blush has a warm coral-pink color that looks more on the pink side when applied. As the name suggests, it has a beautiful glowy finish much like a highlighter.
It contains golden shimmers that really complement the coral shade. I think this is what makes this blush perfect for any skin tone. The shade is ideal for a classy clean makeup look.
I’d say that Natasha Denona’s Bloom Blush is very similar to the Nars Orgasm Blush in terms of color. The only difference is that the Orgasm has a cool undertone, while Bloom has a neutral-warm undertone.
If you’re an over-blusher you’ll be glad to hear that it’s also very pigmented. You definitely see the rich vibrant color with the first application.
Formula
The Mini Bloom is a powder blush. But even though it’s a powder, it doesn’t spill. So you won’t see any fallouts around the blush or its mirror. More importantly, you won’t waste any product or cause a mess when applying it.
The formula is easily buildable and blendable. The blush goes on smoothly and does not look patchy. It’s a foolproof product that won’t settle into your pores or make any texture more visible.
Application
Natasha’s Mini Bloom Blush is one of the easiest blushes to apply. You can apply it with whatever you are comfortable with and you won’t be disappointed.
But for me, applying it with a brush is the easiest way to give myself the most healthy-looking rosy cheeks.
Mostly, I apply it with an angled brush. I blend it onto my cheeks and towards my temples to create a more lifted and pigmented look.

I go for a fluffy brush when I want a softer look. Since a fluffy brush will spread the color more evenly, it helps me achieve a more natural, blended finish. This method is more beginner-friendly.
You can apply it with a beauty blender too. But know that you’re going to need a lot more product to build the color.
Longevity
This blush is a compressed powder but it’s still a powder. So I was impressed by how well it held up. It lasted almost 6 hours on my face and I spent 3 of those hours at a concert. Even though I didn’t use any setting spray, it didn’t move and stayed in place all day!
Believe me, this is a long-wearing dewy blush and you won’t need any touch-ups. But in windy winter months, you can use a setting spray to prevent it from fading.
Final Thoughts
As a blush junkie, Natasha Denona’s Mini Bloom Highlighting Blush has become one of my favorite blushes to jazz up my look. The dewy finish eliminated the need for an extra highlighter.
The warm pink color blends into my skin, and with each application, I can build a more rich color. I love that it’s just $20 but I use it in so many ways that it feels like a steal.
It’s a blush, a highlighter, and a perfect coral eyeshadow all in one. This and a little bit of mascara and I’m good for a quick, elevated makeup look.
